A Diablo 4 player recently achieved a significant milestone by crafting the Harlequin Crest after numerous attempts. They shared that they had been attempting to get a Harlequin Crest with the Greater Affix of cooldown reduction "for a while," without much luck. Recently, their persistence paid off when they finally crafted the sought-after item, which boasts an impressive 30% cooldown reduction. Other notable stats of the Mythic Unique item include 2,775 maximum life and 3,750 armor, compared to the base stats of 1,850 maximum health and 2,500 armor.

Harlequin Crest: One of Diablo 4's Most Coveted Items

In the race to acquire Mythic Uniques, the Harlequin Crest remains a top choice among players. Considered one of the best Uniques in Diablo 4, the Shako (as it’s commonly known) is a general Mythic Unique item, meaning it can be equipped regardless of the player’s class. Previously, using the Harlequin Crest required players to reach level 35, a restriction that was lifted after the item was reworked. With this rework, the Shako has become even more desirable, especially when combined with the Greater Affix and Masterworking upgrades, allowing players to achieve a remarkable 54% cooldown reduction.

The Harlequin Crest continues to be one of Diablo 4's most prized items, even after the rework. However, it’s not the only recent change made to Blizzard's RPG itemization.
