Dota 2 Players Warn of New Scam Targeting User Accounts

Eventually, they invite the player to join a team as a substitute, directing them to log in on a suspicious website to register.
Commenters noted that this approach is indeed a new tactic, with scammers now using statistical websites to track potential victims and gain their trust. Some users also pointed out that a similar method was previously used to steal accounts in CS2. Players are urged not to fall for these scams and to report any suspicious activity immediately.
