DreamHack Leipzig 2017 organizers announced the list of participants and told how the teams were distributed into groups. 8 teams divided into two groups will participate in the tournament. The teams are the representatives of Europe and CIS region.

The opening match is scheduled on January 13 (14:00). The first matches will be played in best of one format, and the decisive matches will be played in best of three format. Two best teams of each group will join play-off series with single elimination format. The grand final will be played in best of three format. DreamHack Leipzig 2017 will be hosted in Leipzig, Germany from January 13 till 15. The prize pool for the event is $100,000.
