Streamer ohnePixel Announces Esports Team
CS 2 streamer ohnePixel, whose real name is Mark, announced the formation of his esports team, which plans to compete in the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 qualifiers. Although Mark is not particularly well-known among the Ukrainian audience, there is a reason for local fans to follow the team's progress, as it includes two Ukrainian players.
Team Roster
The team features a talented lineup, including a well-known sniper and co-founder of the Monte collective:
- Vladyslav "Woro2k" Veletniuk (Captain) – Ukrainian
- Ali "hAdji" Haïnouss – French and Moroccan
- Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol – Ukrainian
- Tal "meztal" Hahiashvili – Israeli
- Meitar "AMSALEM" Armsalem – Israeli
Path to the Perfect World Shanghai Major
The team will begin their journey in the open qualifiers for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Middle East RMR, starting on August 21. From there, seven teams will advance to the closed qualifier, with only one team securing a spot in the Asian RMR.
Interestingly, the team is eligible to compete in the MENA region due to hAdji's dual citizenship, which provides the team with a non-European majority.
